Review: Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Warm Nude

Today I am reviewing a product I've been using for a longer while now, but as I am LOVING this product so much I wanted to write a review about it.

The Shimmer Strips by Physicians Formula are amazing. I bought the Warm Nude strips last year and I am still a huge fan of it. The Warm Nude strips are 12 little strips of warm nude colors, ranging from a white golden highlighter till a dark gold, with some lighter and pinkish tones in between. You can create so many gorgeous looks with this, I can go on for hours.  You can use it as an eyeshadow, as a blush, or as a highlighter. This strips are perfect to create a glowing look like JLO. Perfect for the spring and summer, but also for festive events during the holidays.

Too bad I didn't bought more shimmer strips, as where I live I can't buy any Physicians Formula anymore, so I hope I don't run out of this amazing one soon..

There are a bunch other products by Physicians Formula that I hope to try once. They all look so beautiful and most fun of all is that it's all hypoallergenic! I am allergic to most eyeshadows, but not to this one. I didn't get puffy or itching eyes, and I am using it for almost a year now. It stays on for hours and hours and doesn't run out on your face.

What's your favorite Physicians Formula product?

Bagabook Tote Bag Review

BagaBook is a line of book bags that are perfect for everyone who carries with them a book regularly (like me) and doesn't want the book to get ruined or crumpled. I was sent the Boquet Tote Bag, from their newest line to review!
This is the look of the Boquet Tote Bag: It has a colorful,  flowery print, with a pink undertone. with the Bagabook logo on it.  The bag has to large handles who look strong enough to me not to break on the weight of books. ( I had that once with a bag) The look is just very pretty and it is definately a bag to be seen with!

The bag is bright hard pink inside, is very spacious for more books and has some inside pockets, one large one with a zip to store your wallet in, and two open pockets for pens , phone and small items.

The Boquet Tote Bag is £39.95 and available at Bagabook.com

After testing, I definately recommend this bag, and it makes me pretty curious for BagaBook's other items, especially the book cover, what about you?

Book Review: The Great Christmas Knit Off by Alexandra Brown

Publisher: HarperCollins UK
Release Date: November 6 2014
Pages: 400
Source: Review copy from publisher

Sybil had her marriage to Luke all planned out. But then he didn't appear at the alther the big day, after he secretly dated Sybil's twin sister. She Sybil is heartbroken, and to make things worse, she lands in quite a scandal at work. She decides to escape it all by traveling to her best friend Cher, who lives in the remote town of Tindledale. When she arrives, Cher sadly isn't at home because she is on travel for work, but Sybil decides to stay overnight in Tindledale. She lands in the B&B of Tindledale, run by the bit eccentric, but oh so nice Lawrence. He welcomes her with warmth, a good talk and friendliness, which is just the thing she needs. Sybil finds out during her stay in Tindledale that it is quite a charming town, where all the inhabitants know one another and help each other out. She discovers there is a store in town which just caters the need for her hobby: knitting. Hetties House of Haberdashery is a knitting store run by Hettie, an elderly lady everyone in town is worried about. The store isn't doing well, Hettie's health isn't that good  and her mean nephew has plans to kick her out of the store she has been running for ages, demolish it and put a glitzy new apartment building on it. Sybil get's to know the story of Hettie during her stay in Tindledale and comes up with a plan so save the store. And..there is also a new romance waiting for her in the end!

I was complety blown away by the story of The Great Christmas Knit Off! It was so much fun to read all the brilliant turns and twists this story took. The cast of characters was stunning and soooo good! Sybil was just a very realistic woman, there wasn't anythinh very special about her, except that she fitted perfectly in the friendly town in Tindledale. I loved how she landed in the B&B of the kind Lawrence. Somehow I pictured him like Niles from The Nanny in my head, as I found him just the same type. of man. And I loved how Sybil met someone in Tindledale who made her forget her ex-almost-husband Luke. Altough this book has Christmas in it's title, there isn't that much Christmas in the story, so it can also be read before of after the holiday season as well. I won't spoil to much of the fun any longer, just make sure, very sure you get yourself a copy and read this brilliant gem of a book!
